"Fluit-fluit, my storie is uit" is a traditional closing line Afrikaans storytellers use at the end of a folk tale, the equivalent of "and that's the end of my story" or "the end."

Literally, it translates to something like "whistle whistle, my story is out" (or "finished/done"). It doesn't translate elegantly word-for-word into English, the "fluit fluit" part is more about the rhythm and whimsy of the phrase than a literal whistling reference. It's the kind of line you'd hear at the end of a bedtime story or folk tale in Afrikaans-speaking households, similar in spirit to "and they all lived happily ever after" or the classic "that's all, folks."
